So Called Chineese Rice

well , it appears to be, but I am not sure if it is. :D

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup rice
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • chilli powder
  • black peppr powder
  • salt
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 2 eggs

Method:

Add some oil to rice cooker bowl ,add rice ,salt and water.Turn the switch on,

When the rice is done, heat the frying pan with some oil and spices.

Add two eggs to the pan, and beat them .

Add vegetables.

Now add rice to the pan as well,  and use high flame to mix all of them,

voila!!

Spiced Omelette with Chicken

Ingredient:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chicken patty
  • salt, black pepper, red chilli, onion, ginger, garlic  powders,
  • oil

Method:

Cook chicken patty in oil, so that its almost ready.

beat eggs in a bowl, add spices. Add milk too( as much as wish).

cut chicken patty into small size pieces.

put beaten eggs in the frying pan, let it fry for 20-30 seconds, and chicken pieces, relax and watch.

cook as usual.

Rice With Kidney Beans

Ingredient :

  • 1.5 cup rice
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • ginger ,garlic ,onion ,black peper ,red chilli ,salt powder ,as per your taste, ( i used .5 teaspoon of ginger,garlic, black peper and 1 teaspoon of onion, 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon chilli
  • 4 tablespoon oil.
  • 2.5 cup water

Method:

Put some oil in frying pan (better use a sauce pan for such stuff), add spices and 1 cup water. cook for sometime, till spices appear to be cooked :) .

Add beans. cook for some time, 2-5 minutes depending on the mood :D

put rice in bowl, and pour the gravy into it , add water ,oil ,salt.

set the trigger and wait.

If your cooker has an option for steaming vegetables ,you can steam some ,along with your rice cooking

Rice with sweet corn, carrot and chicken

Ingredient:

  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 chicken patty
  • carrot and corn as much you like :)

Method:

As usal put every thing except chicken patty in the bowl, and set it the self timer.

Meanwhile start frying the chicken patty. use low flame, when it is fried , take it out and cut it into pieces.

Put the pieces in the cooker and mix the rices. You should wait till the rice got cooked before mixing chicken, as cooker uses steam to build pressure inside the cooker and opening the lid will depressurizes the process.

Let the cooker few more minutes.

Results:

Yummy ,tasty chicken carrot corn rice or C3R ready to be eaten.

rice with sweet corn & carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup rice
  • 2 cup water
  • .75 teaspoon chilli powder
  • .75 teaspoon paprika powder
  • sweet corn ( as much as you like)
  • baby carrots (as much as you like)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Method:

Add oil to bowl the add rice ,corn , carrots and spices . Pour water. Cover with lid, press the cook button, and wait till the timer goes off :)

Result:

Yummy ,corn carrot rice :) ,  not much spicy this time :D

Rice with sweet corn

Ingrident:

  • rice 2 cup
  • sweet corn kernel(as much you like)
  • salt 1-2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder half teaspoon
  • paprika powder half teaspoon
  • oil 1-1.5 tablespoon
  • water 2 cup

Procedure:

Put all things in the rice cooker bowl, cover the lid, press the cook button , wait for 30 mins approx. If the cooker has timer , wait till timer goes off,

enjoy your meal :)

Results:

I don’t have a picture right now, but rice were OK, although there is a layere of rice that get browned at bottom of cooker bowl ,I think that is due to the fact that I added oil in the very end.
